Latina Equal Pay Day (LEPD) is later this year than it has been in the past, why is that? In 2021 LEPD fell on October 21st, this year it’s December 8th, that’s more than 30 days later. What is different in 2022 from 2021? In this solo episode, I share my thoughts about this and more.
